  Always great bagles and good coffee, but the manager here is what makes it top notch. I've had problems in the past with surly employees, but today they took special orders cheerfully, didn't charge extra when I requested extra capers and onions and they accepted an older coupon for a free coffee. An employee even came out to assist with a patio umbrella that was difficult to raise. Good food AND a good staff makes this a place to return to.

  This is a very friendly and cozy place to have breakfast. The Bagels are always fresh as they promise.

  We have not been to an Einstein's Brothers Bagels in a long time. We were unfamiliar with the menu and with the procedure of ordering. Alisha, the cashier was very rude and condescending towards us. She treated very poorly and the other employees ignored us as well when we try to order. The tables were all dirty and our food came out cold when we ordered hot sandwiches. I will return to other locations, but not this one ever again. If you plan to visit in Einstein's Brothers Bagels in the future, I recommend that you go to a different one.
