  Placed an order over the phone, I have a pretty audible voice, but still had to repeat my order 3 times very loudly. When I arrived to pick up my food, I needed to grab my chips. And instead of just getting them for me, they had me stand there and wait while they took a call, not even an order. Just a call. And then the bag of chips I got was completely crushed. When I brought this to their attention I was met with a dumb look like the cashier didn't know what was wrong with this completely flat bag of chips.
  
  I had to reiterate that I wanted a bag of chips that wasn't completely crushed.
  
  These employees need to go through another week of training to properly listen and assess a customers needs.

  Good place for a convenient quick bite at noon. There is lot of room in the parking lot. The place was crowded, but I did not have to wait long to order and get my food. Also, portions were generous at a reasonable price.
