The best Kroger in SE Houston! I got to the checkout and realized id left my card at home. The manager William gave me a receipt and told me to come back and pay when I could. I've never been treated so generously and respectfully in similar situations. I was able to leave with what I came for, and with dignity. I felt so compelled to leave such a glowing review. Imagine the positive response if treatment like this were instilled in every Kroger employee.July 30, 2016
