  First, I just want to say that I actually love the food here. This is not my first time eating here or ordering from here. I work in a hotel and I recommend this place to guests all the time i like the food so much. However, my experience tonight has totally changed my view. I placed an order for deliver at 5:22 pm exactly, i was informed on the phone that it would be delivered in an hour or an hour and five minutes. Anyone who has ever passed a math class would add that out to be 6:27 at the latest. Again because I have ordered from here before I did not flinch when he gave an estimated time because they are typically early. WELL, my food which was $26.92 by the way, did not show up until 7:18 exactly!!! The pizza was cold, so cold in fact that any evidence that the pizza was supposed to have cheese on it had disappeared. The crust was hard, and i do mean hard. So I called the restaurant, Devin answered. I asked to speak with a manager and she informed me she was the manager. I then explain to her my dissatisfaction of paying for a pizza that was an hour late and cold. She the offers me half off of my NEXT order, as though I wasn't that put off, that I would of course be ordering AGAIN-------NO!!!!!! I then go on to tell her that doesn't balance out, that I paid full price for full experience (Hot Food, Prompt Service.) She then begins to stutter through an explanation of how the driver was so behind on orders that they did not realize how behind he was when they were taking orders so that is why I received an incorrect estimate. No apologize or apathy had be offered at this point, again, $26.92 has been spent and she could not even acknowledge my dissatisfaction. After me explaining "hey I'm not trying to be difficult but the least you could do is remake the pizza", she says well how about this "your next order will be on us." At that point i was done, so I do not intend to spend my money at this Russo's anymore. Thanks

  It was not just the food, but the decor, the staff, the entire ambience of this location. I have been to a Russia in the Galleria Area...and this one trumps it by far. Favorite Italian restraint to this day.
