  I do really enjoy their tea blends. I would rate the tea higher but the pushy sales associates, not so much. However, I do not like their selling tactics one bit. I am a bit more wise to their tricks and it does seem all locations do the same thing except the online store. They are very nice while bumping your ounces up.
  
  The tea is sold in a minimum quantity of 2 oz. They will UPSELL you 2.7, 2.9 and very much bump up your total price. Even if you ask for 2oz after they try to get you at 2.7 they will our a little out, measure again and say, "Is 2.3 oz okay?"
  
  Example, Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls are $14.98 for 2 ounces. At 2.7 oz this bumps your price up to $20. Imagine this type of selling just 4 to 5 different teas.
  
  Anyway, I don't like this selling practice. I do prefer my experience online better because there are no pushing sales people. Of course I have not call them to place an order, probably the same experience.
  
  If you read the employees reviews at Glass Doors and Indeed you will understand their being promoted has a lot to do with their sales numbers. They are taught to sell without being pushy, I guess that is why they bump you up to 2.7oz instead of 2oz.
  
  I guess Teavana getting rich an ounce at a time is worth irritating your customers. I will continue to shop for a better company without all the BS.

  Excellent customer service, store manager Hector outstanding very helpful and knowledgeable, the "Best" Teavana in the area staff patient and helpful.
